Shipping Policy
Medication is shipped by licensed US pharmacies after a licensed provider approves your prescription. hello@ohmybodystudio.com can answer general questions; for order status, use the patient portal.
What ships and how
- Orders ship in discreet packaging with no program name on the outside.
- Medications that need it ship temperature-controlled with cold packs; refrigerate them as soon as they arrive.
- Injectable programs include syringes and alcohol pads unless your provider says otherwise.
Timing
Most orders ship within a few business days of the provider's decision. Delivery usually takes two to five business days after shipment. Tracking is sent by email.
Where we ship
Programs are available only in states where the prescribing partner's providers are licensed. Availability is confirmed during your online visit.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is included in program prices unless a product page says otherwise.
Problems with a delivery
If a package is late, lost, damaged or arrives warm when it should be cold, contact support through the patient portal within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Do not use medication that looks damaged or was stored incorrectly.
