Is this 100% online?
Yes. The visit is a secure online questionnaire. In some states a brief phone or video visit is required instead; this is confirmed during the visit.
What does the price include?
The online visit, provider review, medication, supplies and shipping, unless a product page says otherwise. Prices may change.
What if the provider decides treatment is not appropriate?
No medication ships and no subscription starts. The provider explains the reasoning in your patient portal.
Where does medication come from?
Licensed US pharmacies. Some programs use compounded medications prepared for an individual patient; compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Many people can, since programs include a provider visit and prescription medication. Check with your plan administrator.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in the patient portal, before your next billing date. See the Refund Policy for details.
Is my information private?
Your visit and records live on a HIPAA-secure clinical platform. Oh My Body Studio receives only what you send through this website's contact form.
