Getting started
How do I start?
Choose a program and select Get started. You will create a secure account and complete a short medical questionnaire, usually in about 10 minutes.
Who reviews my visit?
A licensed provider through our independent clinical partner. They review your answers and decide whether a treatment is appropriate. Oh My Body Studio does not see your medical information.
How long until I hear back?
Most visits are reviewed within one to two business days. The provider may message you in the patient portal if they need more information.
Do I need labs or a video visit?
Not always. Some states require a brief phone or video visit, and your provider may ask for labs depending on your history and program.
Prescriptions and dosing
Who decides my dose?
Your licensed provider. Do not change or split doses on your own; message your provider in the portal with any questions.
What if the provider says no?
No medication ships and no subscription starts. The provider explains why in your portal, and may suggest another option or in-person care.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed US pharmacy for an individual patient and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Where do I report a side effect?
Message your provider in the patient portal. For severe symptoms such as trouble breathing, chest pain or severe stomach pain, call 911.
Orders and shipping
How is my order shipped?
From a licensed US pharmacy, in discreet packaging, temperature-controlled when needed. Tracking is sent by email. See the Shipping Policy.
My package arrived damaged or warm. What now?
Do not use it. Contact support through the patient portal within 48 hours with a photo and the pharmacy will make it right.
Billing and subscriptions
What does the price include?
The online visit, provider review, medication, supplies and shipping unless a product page says otherwise.
Why do some programs show two prices?
For GLP-1 programs, higher doses cost more because they use more medication. Estradiol and GHK-Cu prices depend on the form or strength your provider chooses. Each product page lists every price.
How do monthly and quarterly plans work?
Plans renew automatically. Quarterly plans bill every three months. Cancel any time in the patient portal before your next billing date.
Can I use HSA or FSA?
Many people can. Check with your plan administrator.
Privacy
Who can see my health information?
Only the licensed provider, the pharmacy and the clinical platform team that supports them, on a HIPAA-secure platform. Oh My Body Studio sees only your first name and initial, program and order status, never your medical answers.
What does this website collect?
Only what you send through the contact form. The calculators run in your browser and send nothing. See the Privacy Policy.
